Full Coordination Wedding Package - $ 3,500

· Unlimited e-mails and phone calls throughout the year.
· Assist you in finding a ceremony and reception site by referring   you to venues that fit within your budget.
· Coordinating an update on planning throughout the year.
· Assist in coordinating transportation to and from   ceremony/reception location
· Coordinate bridal gown selection and fitting (two appointments   maximum)
· Give the bride a calendar of details that need to be done before   their wedding day.
· Three meetings with the bride to cover all of the details, not   including the rehearsal ceremony.
· Refer you to qualified vendors and assist in setting up   appointments, food tastings, consultations, etc..
· Assist in any vendor research (i.e. bridal gowns, ice sculptures,   balloons, chair covers, etc)
· Conducting the ceremony rehearsal at your wedding venue if a   coordinator is not included.
· Contact your vendor's 2 week's prior to assure that their   schedule coincides with yours.
· Work with all vendors so that you and your family can enjoy your   day.
· Setting up favors and seating arrangements.
· Setting cake table, Guest Book Table
· Arriving two hours prior to the ceremony and remain on site until   the end
· Having a personal assistant the day of just for you, in addition to   your event coordinator
· Decorate Honeymoon Suite (evening of wedding, if locally)   Freshly strewn rose petals & Candles
