Day of Coordination Wedding Package - $800

· Unlimited e-mails and phone calls throughout the year.
· Give the bride a calendar of details that need to be done before   their wedding day.
· Three meetings with the bride to cover all of the details, not   including the rehearsal ceremony.
· Refer you to qualified vendors if needed.
· Conducting the ceremony rehearsal at your wedding venue if a   coordinator is not included.
· Contact your vendor's 2 week's prior to assure that their   schedule coincides with yours.
· Make a timeline just for the wedding day.
· Work with all vendors so that you and your family can enjoy your   day.
· Assist in setting up favors and seating arrangements.
· Arriving two hours prior to the ceremony and remain on site until   all formalities have been executed.
· Setting cake table, Guest Book Table
